I’m Oskar Mych—a father of two, former functional fitness trainer, and CHEK-certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. My passion is helping busy women like you—professionals, parents, and entrepreneurs—rediscover energy, balance, and joy, no matter how packed your schedule gets. My Journey: From Gut Struggles, Mold Exposure and Beyond

My path to becoming a holistic health coach wasn’t a straight line—it was forged through personal challenges that taught me resilience and the power of holistic healing. Years ago, while studying business in London and living a high-octane lifestyle, I traveled to Morocco and picked up a parasite. Antibiotics patched me up temporarily, but without proper gut healing, my health spiraled—chronic digestive issues, fatigue, and brain fog became my daily reality. It took years of working with naturopaths, diving into functional medicine, and researching relentlessly to reclaim my wellness. That struggle lit a fire in me to help others do the same.

Then, in 2023, life threw another curveball. While house-hunting in Brighton, I stayed in a damp Airbnb and was exposed to black mold. My immune system—already weakened from a recent bout of COVID—buckled. Rashes, exhaustion, and brain fog returned with a vengeance, and soon, Candida overgrowth resurfaced, this time as a deep fungal infection. It took 10-12 grueling weeks of leaning on my holistic health toolkit—natural antifungals, detox protocols, and intentional lifestyle shifts—to overcome it. That battle deepened my understanding of environmental toxins, reinforced my trust in the body’s ability to heal, and sharpened my skills to guide others through similar struggles.

These experiences aren’t just my story—they’re the foundation of my mission: empowering you to thrive with practical, sustainable, holistic solutions tailored to your unique life.

My Approach: Expertise Meets Empathy

As your coach, I bring my CHEK certification, ongoing studies in herbalism and naturopathy, and the real-world lessons from my own health victories—like conquering gut issues and mold toxicity. I’m not a doctor, so I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, but I excel at guiding you toward wellness with personalized strategies. Whether it’s designing a nutrition plan that fits your busy days, creating functional movement routines, or sharing Qi-gong practices (which I’ve studied since 2019 under masters like Mantak Chia), I meet you where you are and build a roadmap that works for you.

From one-on-one coaching to group workshops, I focus on the pillars of holistic health: nourishing food, purposeful movement, and mindful living.
